1. Eligibility
The Luxury Okanagan Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to residents of British Columbia who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Mike’s Nice Glass, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to win.

2. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted starting on April 1, 2025 and will close on July 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST. The winner will be randomly selected and announced on July 31, 2025.

3. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Giveaway in the following ways:

• 1 Entry: Share the official contest video on your personal social media (Instagram or Facebook).

• 1 Entry: Follow @mikesniceglass on Instagram or Facebook.

• 1 Entry per $200 Spent: For every $200 (CAD) spent on services from Mike’s Nice Glass during the contest period, the participant will receive one additional entry.

  • Bookings must be made and paid in full between the entry period dates to qualify.

• Participants must complete all of the above actions to be eligible.

4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive a curated two-day luxury getaway including:

• VIP private wine tour with Apres Tours (Tantalus, The View, and The Vibrant Vine)

• Chauffeured transportation provided by Current Taxi

• A luxury wine-paired dinner at Quails’ Gate

• One-night stay at a premium Okanagan Airbnb

• Additional experiences and gifts as coordinated by Mike’s Nice Glass and partners

The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be redeemed on the specified fall 2025 date (to be confirmed with the winner). If the winner is unavailable, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen in a random draw conducted by Mike’s Nice Glass on July 31, 2025. The winner will be contacted via email or direct message on social media and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity
By entering the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Mike’s Nice Glass and its partners to use their name, city, and photographs or video content related to the prize experience for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

7. Liability Release
Mike’s Nice Glass and its partners are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

8. Privacy
Personal information collected for this Giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

9. General Conditions
Mike’s Nice Glass reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, if it is determined that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned.
